The upper arm is split into three muscle groups. Group one includes the biceps, brachialis and coracobrachialis. The second group is the triceps muscle alone; the third division is the deltoid, which is split into elements, the again and the front. Therapeutic massage of the upper arm begins with the stroking and kneading of the biceps group. The triceps are then considered.
