Each year, along with its sister company Sapphire Canada, the employees of OriginHR help generate thousands of dollars for a variety of worthy organizations and important causes.
Among the many fundraising activities that take place throughout the year are:

- Bake Sales
- Bike-a-thons
- Walkathons
- Marathons
- Denim Day
Our organizations signature event, the Sapphire Canada Charity Auction (now in its 16th year) has raised over $1,450,000.00 for such worthwhile causes as the Sky’s The Limit Youth Organization, the Jennifer Ashleigh Children's Charity and the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness.
In addition, all employees are given one paid day off per year to volunteer in a community or fundraising event of their choice. It’s an important part of who we are as a company and as individuals.
